Return Eligibility:

We accept returns only in the case of products that arrive damaged. If your product has been damaged during shipping, we will offer a refund or replacement, depending on availability.

Steps for Return:

1. Inspect the Product: Upon receiving your product, please inspect it carefully. If any damage is found, take clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging.

4. Return Shipping: Filmmakers League will cover the cost of shipping the damaged item back to us.
5. Refund Process: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons other than products damaged upon arrival.
